Overall Summary
Cotton is skinny with an athletic frame, and while there is some concern that he lacks the durability to start, I see a pitcher with three average or better offerings and a clean delivery. I think Cotton will be fine in a starter role with the caveat that he isn't going to be a workhorse. His changeup is a difference maker and a true out pitch that he consistently sequenced with throughout this viewing. Cotton is ready for the majors, and can pitch significant and meaningful innings next season.
