Overall Summary
Freeland has a wiry frame and an exerted delivery, which raises concern regarding his durability as a starter. He has the foundation of a solid arsenal, but the mechanical deficiencies and the lack of command will hinder the overall profile. There is high risk involved with Freeland due to the injury history and the concerns surrounding the mechanics, but Freeland will get every chance to stick as a starter for now. He has feel for all three pitches and displayed flashes of piecing it together during my two viewings. Realistically, I see a relief arm due to the aforementioned issues.
