Mechanical Notes
Premium arm speed; slight stab with deep arm action; max effort; clean landing; delivery is more streamlined since earlier in the season; opening up front shoulder less.

Overall Summary
Scott has an electric arm that has a chance to move quickly through the minors. The mechanics have already improved since the regular season, with a more streamlined delivery towards home. Scott displayed more consistent velocity and command in the Arizona Fall League. If the slider can get to average, which it has already shown improvement since my viewings in Aberdeen, then Scott has a chance to be a late-inning reliever.
