2080 Baseball Announces Launch of New Scouting Website
New York, NY (December 06, 2015) – 2080 Baseball today announced the launch of 2080Baseball.com, a website dedicated to providing insightful scouting and player development content with a tailored focus on talent from Minor League Baseball, college, and high school programs throughout the United States – as well as international players – who are on the radar screen of Major League Baseball clubs as potential future stars of the game.
2080 Baseball will dive deep into player scouting reports and prospect rankings, offering information and analysis on many of the most talked about prospects in the game. Our evaluators combine many years of experience with deep industry knowledge to issue extensive scouting grades and player reports that go beyond statistics and analytics to present a complete picture of the future value of a player to their Major League club.

The initial content published at 2080Baseball.com showcases extensive coverage of the Arizona Fall League, including team-by-team prospect reviews, plus scouting reports, feature articles, and opinions on players to watch as spring training approaches.
Ramping up toward the 2016 season, the 2080 staff will be publishing prospect rankings, previewing 2016’s up-and-coming stars, hosting podcasts with industry leading names, and covering the top players eligible for the 2016 Major League Baseball First-Year Player Draft – all with a unique perspective on the game.
