Player Notes
Eibner had been the Houston Astros’ fourth-round pick out of The Woodlands (Texas) High School in 2007 but didn’t sign, opting instead to head to Arkansas to play his college ball. While his average did not rise above .250 in his first four pro seasons, he clicked in 2015 when he spent a full season at Omaha, hitting .303 with 19 homers and 81 RBIs along with 23 doubles before continuing to show a consistent and powerful bat back at Omaha to start ’16.
