Physical Description
Tall, gangly frame w/ long levers that aid deception.
Mechanical Notes
Upbeat SWU w/ moving parts that are tough to keep on time; extra long, deep arm-circle wraps badly on backside and causes inconsistent extension; flies open into 3/4 slot. Crisp stuff when delivery is synched, but struggles to repeat and always will.

Fastball Velocity 55 60 94-95 92-97 Above-avg velo in SP role, runs to 96-97 early in games and settles in mid-90s. Will pitch w/ plus velo airing out in relief role.

Curveball
Curveball 40 45 81-82 78-83 Second look at breaking ball; usually a roller but flashes occasional sharp, diagonal slant; could be a playable wrinkle w/ more development.

Control
Control 45 45 Walk numbers in mid-minors SP role look better than control grades out; FB for strikes w/ most secondaries used to induce chases; pitchability/approach better fit in relief.

Overall Summary
Big stuff without pitchability/consistency to fully harness it in SP role; strikethrowing over 3-4 power pitches and ability to pitch multi-inning stints give high-end 7th inning or decent setup RP upside; like him in the ‘pen and could come quickly there.
