Tall reliever offering a mid-90s fastball with arm-side run. Heller uses a slider as his secondary pitch, but has trouble with the release point. Showed the ability to command the fastball down in the strike zone. The slider can be inconsistent, but has late breaking action out of the strike zone. Will have the chance to be a big league late-inning reliever thanks to plus-plus fastball and ability to control the pitch.
