Physical Description
Stocky, well-built frame. Not tall but sturdy.
Mechanical Notes
Low-effort SWU, belt-high leg raise, trunk collapse, inverted-W, lands slightly closed, lacks balance but stays online toward plate, doesn't extend his follow through to fully finish toward HP, loses release point. Arm action: late break, wrap, some choppyness in arm circle, plus arm strength.

Fastball Command
Fastball Command 40 50 Better to gloveside bc he follows through better to that side. Loses release point, sails to armside; when doesn't followthrough will leave up. The delivery is repeatable, needs to emphasize keeping balance, finishing through.

Overall Summary
Lacks 3rd pitch to stick in rotation. Plus CB provides weapon to be leverage setup arm that can get both side hitters out. Also could fit as FV 45 SP without 3rd pitch to turnover lineups 3rd time through order. Upside for #5 if change takes step forward but I project good pen arm.
