Physical Description
Long, lanky frame. High waist, very long arms and legs. Wirey strong, athletic actions. Room to fill out without losing flexibility and athleticism.
Mechanical Notes
Compact windup, full arm circle with loose, smooth effort through the slot; has some whip/sling to the arm action. Soft front side and the arm will drag at times.

Fastball | 60 | 60 | 94-97 | 98 | Tail, run to both sides. Has some late life to both sides as well, but gets very light and hittable when he misses up. Occasional arm-side sink at speed, but very inconsistent. Can see velo sitting in the high 90s in short stints. |

Slider | |||||
Slider | 30 | 40 | 81-86 | 87 | Loose rotation, slurvy shape. Showed some finish with fringe-average depth; will get it to really run away from RHH. Backs up on him; below-average present feel, but could get to enough to be effective. |

ChangeUp | 30 | 40 | 87-91 | 92 | Very firm; two-seam type action. Majority showed below-average depth, but showed some ability to back off and create better separation. Can throw for strikes but inconsistent; chance to get to fringe average; arm action and big fastball velo play it up. |

Overall Summary
Bullpen-profile power arm with well-below average fastball command and two below-average secondary offerings. Long, lanky frame; has some room to get stronger. Has a big arm swing in back and yanks/rushes the arm through, making it hard to repeat the release point. Works uphill at times and sees the fastball get very light when up in the zone. Throwing strikes this time out, but poor execution to spots and lacks the consistency of secondary to keep hitters off the fastball. The big fastball is enough to play up the below-average secondary and create some margin for error in zone, but inconsistent execution w/both the slider and changeup makes usability a concern. Showed some poise to not let the wheels completely come off after a rough start; showed signs of trying to throttle up and back, and sequence better. Probably future 35-grade control, but will need to see bigger fastball command gains to reach ceiling.
