Hit 45 60 Level stroke, loose hands; very quiet set-up, small load. Average bat speed right now. Middle-to-oppo approach. Knows the strike zone, comfortable hitting with two strikes; recognizes spin well and does not expand. Keeps hands back even when fooled. Feel for the barrel with above-average situational awareness.

Raw Power 20 30 Keeps the ball on the ground, does not project as a power guy. Believe he will add some strength, but does not profile as a big time extra-base hit guy

Run 45 45 4.34, 4.28, 4.37 HP-to1B; Athletic gait, but takes a couple steps to get up to full speed. Not a basestealer; speed plays better underway, and in the field. Good turns going 1st to 3rd.

Field 55 60 Loose, easy actions; very comfortable going up the middle and coming in on slow rollers; shows plus body control; maintains balance on the move. Quick hands on double play transfers.

Overall Summary
Very athletic middle infielder with plus on-base skills, potential plus hit tool and above-average defense at second base. Has an advanced approach at the plate and feel for the strike zone. Has shown a consistent ability to get on-base at each level thus far. Looks to shoot everything up the middle or to right field; would like to see him turn on balls in more; will add strength as body matures and should develop some gap pop, but still a below-average damage (extra-base hit) profile. The defensive skillset plays best at second base; has enough arm for shortstop and could probably handle the position for a stretch, but the average range plays better at second. Soft hands, quick transfers and good footwork around the second-base bag. Fringe-average runner, not going to be a basestealer; best underway and has enough to score from first base on a double; will take the extra base.
