Slender, athletic frame. Slightly rolled shoulders. Present lower-half strength, has some room to fill out some.
Mechanical Notes
Medium arm circle with hook in back; has some athletic effort through the slot with extension. Abbreviated windup with high leg lift, drop and drive, and pronounced cross-body action.

Overall Summary
Athletic RHSP with elite fastball and a chance for a plus slider. Heavy w/ fastball usage, aggressive. Shows he has an idea on the mound, attempts to work fastball to both sides and drive down in zone, but lacks consistent execution right now. Big margin for error in the zone due to the velo and late life. Ability to generate plus life when down, and the good extension suggests potential for consistent location to glove side. Can be deliberate at times and will miss up and out over plate with the offering. Slider is inconsistent, but gaining feel; gets on side of it giving it some sweep. Got stronger with slider later in outing and showed late bite, depth. Really has to back off to locate, backs up on him at times, but arm speed gives some margin for error. High fly-ball rate is mildly concerning. Overpowering hitters now, so changeup used sparingly at High A level. Showed two good ones with solid velo separation; even at fringe average it will be a weapon vs. LHH. Will need to show he can use slider in the zone and develop changeup to stick in the rotation. Control over command guy; if he can limit the walks, margin for error in the zone will play up his below-average command.
