Open set up, feet shoulder width extended, hands by ear, bat perpendicular to shoulder. High leg-raise, long stride to close off gets him out on front foot; short load, casts hands gets barrel through late on line drive bat path, average extension. Long stride, late hands constrain fluidity of swing.
