Physical Description
Big body; tall, strong build; frame is filled out, minimal projection.
Mechanical Notes
Stretch windup w/ above-average effort; 3/4 slot. Shoulder tilt; strong lower half engagement in drive to plate. Spine tilt may create inconsistency of release point; slightly open landing, toe points to arm side creates small pull to glove side. Excellent extension; head whack. Arm action has clean break; a little long in back, and some stiffness.

Fastball Command
Fastball Command 40 50 At present works in and out; does not change eye-levels; consistently down in zone but must sharpen to stay on inner/outer thirds. Strong athlete projects the pitch, though effort will always limit

Curveball
Curveball 40 50 80-81 80-81 Hard curveball, 11-to-5 shape. Lacks consistency at present, comes around it, will leave up. Flashed sharp CB break, ability to miss RHH bats out of zone, feel to put some in zone. Less confident to LHHs, no backdoor, missing in and up.

Starter, innings-eating build, but lacks third pitch. Big frame and average athleticism; effort to delivery limits command and control. Plus fastball positions player for bullpen role w/ continued development of CB.
