Overall Summary
Big, strong RHRP with an above-average fastball and some feel with two below-average secondary pitches. Pitch-to-contact guy that doesn't walk hitters, and relies on a heavy fastball and changing speeds to generate soft contact. Throws strikes, has a plan, and will change eye level; but below-average command in the zone and inconsistent execution; will give up his hits. Below-average secondary offerings play up slightly due to the arm action. Not a max-effort guy and see him finding an extra couple MPH on the fastball in shorter stints; does not have the secondary to run through lineups multiple times at the upper levels. Like how the arm works and see him finding some consistency locating the fastball in the future, leading to small up-tick in K rates.
