Overall Summary
High strikeout, high walks #4 SP. The quality of the stuff compensates for fringy command and control. Will have very good and very bad starts. High floor as back-end RP given FB/CB, delivery, command concerns; I trust the athlete to repeat enough to stick in rotation. MLB ETA/Present Role reflect my belief he could pitch in a big league bullpen right now if Atlanta needs him in that role down the stretch.
